Refund Policy

Cancellation & The "Proportionate Cost" Rule

 

1. Right to Cancel

 

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

Commencement of Services By opting to begin your onboarding immediately—specifically the administrative setup and the provisioning of your BreatheHR profile—you are making an express request for Dahlia HR to start providing services before the end of the 14-day cancellation period.

2. Proportionate Refunds

 

If you exercise your right to cancel after making such a request, you shall pay us an amount which is proportionate to the services performed until you have communicated your cancellation. This is calculated in comparison with the full coverage of the contract and specifically includes:

  • Administrative Labour: A deduction to cover the time spent on your specific recruitment or HR setup.

  • Software Provisioning: The non-recoverable costs associated with the creation and configuration of your BreatheHR account instance.

Note: Because these administrative actions (such as system configuration and data entry) are completed immediately upon your request, a 100% refund is not guaranteed once these specific tasks have been performed.

 

4. How to Cancel

 

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision via a clear statement.

 

5. Refunds After 14 Days

 

After the initial 14-day cooling-off period, refunds are generally not provided for partially used months or for services already rendered. Subscriptions may be cancelled in accordance with our Terms and Conditions regarding notice periods.
